A full set of gaskets and seals is provided for installation. The installer is responsible for oil leaks since we do not install any gaskets or seals. (In some engines, the rear main seal comes pre-installed. Please have the installer recheck this seal before installation as we will not be responsible for any labor due to oil leaks).

Shipping

Engines are shipped via freight companies, strapped to heavy-duty pallets or crates, and wrapped in plastic. The customer is responsible for checking for external damage at the time of delivery. The shipping company will only accept claims if they are notified at the time of receiving the engine and noted in writing. Please do not accept a damaged engine if the package is damaged. Failure to do this will make you liable for any expenses related to the damage, such as parts, labor, or shipping.

Shipping rates are based on business-to-business delivery with forklift or loading dock access. If you do not have these, please contact us for arrangements on residential or no-dock delivery. Failure to contact us will result in delayed delivery and extra charges. Please contact us for pricing.

Engines will be shipped within 3 to 5 days from the purchase date, ( depending on how quick we receive the information needed). Shipping in Florida is significantly less; email us for details. Thank you.

Core Required 

Core invoice must be completed before the engine is shipped.

The core charge is not included in the buy-now price ($500.00) and will be charged in a separate invoice. This amount will be returned to you as soon as we receive the core. The condition of the core does not matter as long as we receive the same parts and it has not been disassembled.

The customer is responsible for 50% ($190.00) of the return freight on the core, except for West Coast states (AZ, UT, WY, MT, ID, NV, CA, CO, OR, WA), where the return freight will be $300.00. The core must be returned. If the core is not returned, this will void the warranty. Thank you.

Warranty

All engines come with a 12-month or 12,000-mile warranty on parts only. No labor reimbursement is provided. Overheating due to external part failure will void the warranty.

Intake Manifold must be replaced as per manufacturer. Please contact us if you require assistance. If it is not replace the warranty will not be valid. 

 You are responsible for hoses, the radiator, and any other accessories that may cause the engine to overheat.

Heat tabs are in place—melted heat tabs will void the warranty. Tampering with the heat tabs will also void the warranty.

Engine oil must be replaced after the first 1,000 miles and then every 3,000 miles to ensure proper lubrication.The engine must be installed by a professional certified shop and installer, and regular maintenance must be performed. Proof of maintenance must be provided in case of a warranty claim.
